Ok Guy what type of machine was the first load recycled from, it looks perfect on the Lowbed. Also the tractors and especially that Lowbed look very heavy duty. Nice pictures.

Guy thanks for the information, I thought that was recycled, and they could not have made a diecast one that would look as good as that one does: good eye. The picture of the real truck and trailer is also very nice.

Following the modification of its ladder raising and extending mechanism, the 1960s old Corgi Toys aerial ladder received a new fifth wheel and more realistic wheels. An usual duo found in numerous US towns fire brigades at that time, the American LaFrance fire-fighting ladder combination, together with its tank & pump support vehicle:   American LaFrance 700 Series Pumper 4x2/2 (Corgi model) and American LaFrance 900 Series TALT (for Tillered Aerial Ladder Truck) 4x2/2 tractor + 1-axle semi-trailer combination (modified Corgi Toys model)   Regards. Delivery, at Las Vegas McCarran airport, of a new fire-fighting truck:   Mack Granite CV713 8x4/2 tractor + Rogers Bros Ultima CR 55 PL 3-axle lowboy with 1-axle lifting "flip-axle" (Sword Models) loaded with an airport fire-fighting Oshkosh Stricker 3000 ARFF 6x6/4 vehicle equipped with a remote-control fire nozzle on an articulated arm (TWH model)   Regards. Guy I can’t get enough of those Renault conventional trucks those are real mean looking.
The redi mix cement plant is also very nice. I had some questions about how it operated until the second set of pictures you just posted, which answered my questions. I have never seen a plant set up like that around where I live, it seems like that set up does not need a lot of real estate. That would be a huge cost savings right there.

Hello Steve,
Lots of concrete mixing plants were arranged that way, with a small "dragline" crane in high central position, so it could easily load gravel or sand located in any of the different storage areas below.

Thanks to its low cab, the MAN/Faymonville combination is moving a fully rigged lattice boom crane, a common sight in Holland:     MAN/Maurer TGS 41-540 8x4/4 tractor (modified WSI model) + Faymonville VarioMax STBZ-5VA 5-line modular semi-trailer with ultra-low extendable beam (modified Conrad model) moving a 55.7 tonnes Liebherr HS 843 HD crawlers lattice boom dragline crane, together with an additional boom section at rear (Conrad model). Guy nice set of pics as usual, I love the Greyhound bus I can actually recall seeing those in real life, and that look never goes out of style. Now the Lowbed move with the fully rigged crane, over here the State Police Commercial Division would have you in the back seat of their Suburban taking you to the poky, and before they throw you behind bars they would have your truck, trailer, crane, check book and your kids. It is amazing how you guys can haul over there. Would they a least need an escort?
