I would like to put a 385 stick, with a 390 ME bucket, on a 375. Then it would match my real one.

I noticed that on the end of my 390's stick there is a little triangular "nub" that is preventing the bucket from curling in as far as my 385's bucket does. I think a dremel, a steady hand, and some touch up paint would rectify the situation but I am little concerned about the length of the stick cylinder and will it slide out of the housing. Does anyone else have this problem?

Ross

I have ground mine down along with the nub on the stick that connects to the machine. All is fine and looks much better. Now I just need some touch up paint.

Wow! What an impressive piece, looks perfect! I'm most impressed by the widened cab.

Nothing runs like a deere with a cat on its back but the link belt ate both of them

thanks for the complements on the 385. also thanks to randy for posting.
the cab on this was the biggest challange. it dose rase, missed sending that photo, and has been widened. from what i could find on the web, that cab is almost 5' wide. somethning that Bosaklis has on several of thier machines. the complete boom except for the bucket was scratch from plastic stock. i must say i do like that livery and might do a few more of thier machines. as they have quite a big fleet.

What is the point of a cab that wide anyways? Or is it just to give the operator more room?
