I have some Styrofoam packing stuck to the wheels on a Sword model. Does anyone know how to remove this? Thank you.

Stuck how? Is it stuck with glue? I've had it happen but it's usually just static and the styrofoam comes right off.

I've always managed to scratch it off with fingernails (though I play guitar and have quite long fingernails on my right hand which helps!) It's possible that lighter fluid/lighter fuel will remove any sticky stuff, but scratching with a nail is best for the big bits. When you come to repack the model, make sure you have paper or another material lining the polystyrene wheel bays.

I have had it happen a few times on First Gear models and have used the little plastic tool that came with some of the Sword models to carefully scrap it off.

Some of the earlier tyres on the Sword, TWH and Drake models have a like an oil residue substance that over time will eat into the paint or the packaging. It should clean of the tyre.
