I thought I would share some pictures of this amazing model (first picture is of the real machine). I seen a lot of pics of the "Mediaco" online but nobody has posted any photos of the "Human Ohya" version. I absolutely love the Japanese liveries, they spend a lot of time painting their machines with some fantastic color combinations (Both Denzai and this are by far my favorites of my collection). I will hopefully have the blocks on soon and later this summer and I will move it so I can put the luffing assembling on. I had a few issues while putting it together with fits and fixing the A frame winch drum but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Hope you guys like it as much as I do!

Very cool livery of the LR1600, and always nice to see the crane come in company liveried packaging as well. Happy Easter and I hope you've been keeping well.

Thanks for the comments guys and happy Easter as well. I haven't seen or heard from you in a while Chandler, thought maybe you took a break from collecting.

So great to hear from you. Still collecting, but unfortunately haven't been able to find the time to photograph. I've added some new dioarama pieces to the collection, so I'm really looking forward to getting back into photographing soon. I've also built up the O scale train component a little more as well. Hope you've been keeping well. Take care and all the best.

Finally got it completely setup! I noticed that NZG did screw up on a color for the pendant line on the luffer. There is supposed to be a (2) 40ft whites and (2) 20ft reds but I made it work best I could.

That’s a lovely crane. I passed on this one due to lack of space. Should’ve sold one of my other ones and got this!

lol. very nice! Due to lack of space, I only have one main boom section with no derrick or jib attached. It's like a baby configuration. ;)

Thanks guys, I think the LR 1600 may be my favorite Crane model yet but it is tough with it being so big! I had 3 but when do you stop? I am hoping to calm down once I pick up an LTM 1800.

Think I’ve 6, 5 of which are on display. That’s where I stopped!
