Conrad did a nice job.
I was fortunate enough to reserve a Sarens version before they sold out.
That should be a nice one too.

Get those outriggers in!
Looks great though. Been thinking about it but with the Sarens LG1750 and Riga LGD 1800 all due at the same time, it gets expensive! Not to mentioned the 2 new LR’s that came out with a new cab.

Paul R Hey Paul what LR's have the new cab? And what are the differences? Felbermayr and a Japanese who’s name I forget (only 50 made). It’s only the updates operators can that’s changed to the new design. Thanks, Paul R

There's not much info on these models, which is unlike Conrad. The LG in Mediaco looks fantastic, although I've always preferred the LR model, especially with the updated superlift tray as opposed to the wheeled ballast carrier.
I see that the Felbermayr LR1750-2 is for sale at almost 1,000 euros, which is frankly ridiculous. The new cab is a nice touch, as are the metal pulleys... but it's still a Conrad model with plastic pendants and not much detail to speak of. Considering the LR1600/2 can be had for 498 euros, it really puts the inflated price in perspective.
If Conrad re-released the LR1750 with the cab updates and some nice liveries at a sensible price, they would make an absolute killing. It's still one of the best crawler models out there even after all these years. And to think I paid only £300 for a brand new one back in 2007!
