Guy any chance of stock being bought from the Lorraine Mine Co. They have the best equipment and maintence program I have ever seen, they have to be operating in the black and must give great returns to their stock holders. This diorama is great, I still don’t think I catch everything even though I go thru them twice.

Final stages of the equipment erection:    Fixing the horizontal beam to its end supports is the last part of the erection operation:  What could be the function of that equipment? We'll probably know more tomorrow as we go through its live tests. Regards. Guy

Guy that garage is filling up quickly. When will the dump bed be ready and what do they use to baste it.

Guy: Ask them how they put a driver in that First Gear Pete. Do the doors open? The weathering on that truck and all the lines makes it look great. Otherwise, I don't like the cheap looking chrome when they are new in box. And where do they find all the figures in different poses. Preiser doesn't make many of those poses. Craig

Craig, My personal view is that figures may come from "Creatpshop", as this small French company is offering quite a wide range of different figures, not limited to (I think) repainted Preiser ones: http://www.creatpshop.sitew.com/#Presentation (just open the 8.4Mo Acrobat dossier to get a better knowledge of their production). I'll ask Denis anyway about the Pete driver and about the different figures displayed in the diorama. Regards. Guy

That's funny! I was thinking of the kind of rotisserie you put cars and trucks on to restore them, not the cooking kind. But, it's the same concept.

That's funny! I was thinking of the kind or rotisserie you put cars and trucks on to restore them, not the cooking kind. But, it's the same concept. I have seen big rotisseries like that to build loader buckets.

Craig Craig, I have got a response from Denis on questions above: " I introduced the Peterbilt driver through the door. When vehicles have fixed doors, then I dismantle the cab. When the place is too narrow, legs and arms are cut and glued back, once the driver is in its seat.
