Is it common for MSW MODELL DE not to reply too there Emails ? I purchased from them many times never an issue , but now order been messed up get no replies ? They messed up my last order from them sent wrong Color item Tried Emailing via there web store page & on there facebook had no reply MSW please answer your emails / PM on facebook

They usaual are really good with emails and fast shipping
Could be because of doing some shows
Not a month ago they lost power and where having trouble filling orders
I e-mailed them yesterday and they answered back the next day

I made a purchase recently and had some emails with no issue. Also spoke with them on the phone the other day.

Norbert always been great to deal with. Think I’ve only gone one day without a reply- never more. Maybe try again or check junk mail

Hi Brett, I dumped MSW for this very reason. I've had several minor issues which were all dealt with professionally by MSW. Then one WSI order and a Himobo order was problematic and Norbert outright refused to help me out even though it was clearly a quality control issue on WSI's and Himobo's part. I was professional and courteous with all of my correspondence with Norbert throughout the ordeal. I approached WSI and they resolved the issue directly. Himobo, well they replicated the communication style of MSW, silence... MSW was not my principle European model dealer, however they did have some unique models on offer. I would recommend attempting to deal directly with the model manufacturer for which you are having a problem and chalk your experience up to a lesson learned. Take care and all the best.

looks like i been screwed over he replied once 2 weeks ago said he was sick get back too me well thats 2 weeks ago since emailed & PM on his facebook page Last purchase i'll do from him & make sure others will know of this on other model forums screw me ill screw you so now got yellow 11200 cylinders for roxu , i'd like repaint them but worried about damaging them.
