Very nice machine, CCM always does a nice job on undercarriage detail. Can the rear catwalk and ladder system be removed? Or are they pinned on?

The catwalk seems to be firmly attached with no visible pins so removing it would damage the model. The ladder pivot mechanism is also firmly attached but there seems to be a screw holding the ladder to the pivot mechanism so I guess it could be removed?

Nice purchase! Pretty sure I was the other guy wandering around in there while you were there. - Dan Daily Diesel Dose.com| All Ready Mix.com | Plowsite DOT Thread | If your only contribution is complaining, please don't contribute!

Thanks Dan! Uh yeah I thought I had overheard you speaking with Brandon about your snow plow project! It wasn't till later that it registered that it was you. Nice project, always inspiring too see how great some models are after some customization. I am trying to find the time to make my own models too but other priorities always seem to come up! One day it will happen.

CCM pulled it out of the bag with these. Outstanding detail.

One for the experts...why does the exhaust point forward on these dozers? I was wondering the same thing about the exhaust on the new PR776.

I ordered one today. I didn't know they'd been released yet! Definitely panicked when I saw the usual places were sold out, but I lucked out and found one. Been running a coal D10T for the last 4 years, so I'd be pretty mad if I missed out.

Beautiful model. Nice view IT. Does it get boring sometimes doing the same thing with that big of a dozer or is it still pretty fun?

Long pushes get boring though. You do lose track of just how much coal that thing can move. Easy to forget that the little pile you left behind is actually a tri axle load. I have a ton of pics to put up eventually.
