I know there is a thread like this that is 6 years old but a lot of photo links are dead, so I figured I start a new one. whats your rarest model in your collection? Going through my collection this has to be the rarest, Conrad Hagglunds BV206 1/50th scale, they made three versions of this, one with a Ericsson radar dish on the roof, roof rack version (the one I have), and one with a plain roof. Although not really valuable, these are very very hard to come by. Conrad also made some other rare military models. Also rare, Conrad Multicar 1/50th scale, nice little public service vehicle.

I don't think anything in my collection is rare. I have few older pieces but nothing that I would consider rare. Flickr Photostream

I haven't bought any real rare pieces but I have quite a few rare customs. I haven't seen many other 320 LLs so that's probably my rarest one. Facebook: NorCalDiecastCustomsInstagram: NorCalDiecastCustomsClifton

I have quite a few rare and uncommon pieces, so heres some of the rarer ones. I figured i'd show a few for those who haven't herd of them before. Some rare Modeling Ashiya excavators, The Kobelco K909A (yellow & black version) & MDI Yutani MD180LC. On the bottom is probably one of the rarest model of mine, the Diapet K-47 Kobelco excavator in 1:60 scale. They came with a sheet of stickers with either "Kobe" or "Kobelco" and various model designations. Here's two other rare models, on the top is the Volvo 5350 made by Stahlbergs in Finland in 1:32,1:34, or 1:35 scale. I wouldn't classify it as "rare" but it is a very uncommon piece. on the bottom is the Halla HE280LC in 1:40 scale. It doesn't have any marking to who the manufacturer would be, but i suspect it is Clover. Some more rare pieces, the 1:40 scale UI Modeling Kobelco K907LC Mark II, the Guisval-Eurohobby PC400LC-4 in 1:32 scale. The next one is not really a construction model but it is rare and different, a John Deere 225G made by SpecCast in 1:16ish scale, it was a limited run of 200 pieces. Than on the bottom theres the Ditch Witch 3500 by Clover in 1:43 scale, and finally theres the ASAM Terberg F2000 in 1:50ish Scale.

I really don't have too many rare models, I guess the Roadtec Shuttlebuggy would be the most rare? But I consider my S24B to be my favorite rare model, even if it is a custom, just because I have not seen any other B model Terex S24's or TS24's.
