What you all have to remember is that the factories in China have the tooling for most models made there. In most cases when a company like Norscot quit having the models made they most likely still owe the manufacturer money so they let them keep the molds and other tooling for payment with the stipulation that the tooling/molds must be altered if the factory wants to use them. Hence the minor changes made and because the factory makes the models for less than the original seller was charging they make money and sell the models for less than the original seller.
