I remember seeing this crane at Conexpo in Vegas in 2011. It's huge! They modeled the tracks correctly as well, as I remember them being very wide! I might get this one instead of the 16000 from TWH..

This crane really does look amazing! I put up my LR1300 van Marwijk last night and it reminded me how well NZG do crawlers.

It's a cracking looking thing. Detail looks amazing. Just a shame it came with the ballast wagon and not the suspended tray. Heavy Cranes

This looks amazing, and it certainly puts Conrad's LR1750 to shame.

Is there a trick to getting the english version of the hansebube forum? I copied each post and pasted them into google translate until my had got tired all the copy and pasting.
I never could find out how Woody got the crane. It doesn't appear that it is avaliable yet. Has anyone heard when it will hit stateside?
Thanks,
Ed

I find it interesting that NZG is using a small bent pin to pin the fixed main block to the top of the boom:

This is definitely a model I want to see in my collection. There is one working at a gas plant nearby, and I got a couple pics yesterday. There wasn't much going on, but it was definitely impressive. Will post pics later today if I get around to it.

I need a little help. Has anyone had an issue with holes being too small to attach the strut to the luffing jib to the mast head? The holes appear to be drilled too small for the brass hex bolts. The instruction manual does not address the assembly. Did the strut come already attached on your model? If so is it attached with a pin, rivet or bolt? The strut is being held in my hand and it attaches to the bracket between the two walkways. Thanks! Ed

I dont believe that peice attaches. it is a backstop so when the luffer is rigged up it will not go over backwards, as the boom comes up that little bracket will come out and the strut your holding will fit in the pocket.
