We're still working on clearing off a pad for the shop. However, we found a couple pretty nice pickups to add to the fleet. After a complete rebuild of the dodge and lifting both of them we are finally ready to put them to work. The Ford. F-350 with the Triton v-8 under the hood.  The Dodge, 3500 with a brand new 12 valve for power.  Both rigs at a quick safety meeting to wrap up the day.  I'm thinking about doing a model review video of these bad boys at some point. When I do, I'll post a link.

Thanks Chris. I have that 16oz of original banquet brew helps mine. After five or so it starts looking like a kindergartner was learning how to write though.

Amen to that, living up in your country there is bound to be an abundance of mico brews. I found one i like from nor-cal. Its anderson valley brewing, its an amber ale, dont get me wrong i have about 10 local breweries that i can rumage, but the cali stuff is pretty good. Have to be careful doing detail stuff...looks good then but when you wake up you tend to ask....why??????

Here's the latest addition to the fleet. It's an International Durastar with a custom built 14' flatbed.    We also picked up about a month of easy logging for one of our mechanical sides. All the falling will be done with the processor.   Since the shop has been up we haven't had a chance to compact the yard.  Thanks for looking!

Very nice! Is that little international 1/50th or 1/43rd scale? Either way it looks good with the other pieces of equipment.

It's what's left of a first gear service truck after a friend of mine gets done chopping it up. I think I'm going to need a water truck soon so this is most likely the route I will go for that as well.

I know they're pretty low on the truck spectrum but Norscot's Pete has a long frame. The down side is those could use some work to get looking nice. The First Gear and Sword Pete dump trucks seem to have fairly long frames and they're just plain frame under the dump box so one of those would probably be the easiest to extend.

I think I'm going to use a durastar just to be different. I found a guy who has the long frame IH trucks that come with the fuel tank on them. I think that may be a long enough chassis but I won't know for sure until I get one.
