Nice one Sam!!! great catch, you may have to bend that rule you have of not owning more then one of the same crane Teeth Teeth those AC500's are old,and simple by todays standards but my god are they addictive!! I think the AC500 model will be a true classic, about 11 years in production and still a highly sought after model,

Where did you pick up the Schmiddy,I'd have thought they were all gone by now

Why is "phonetically" spelt with a "ph"?

... It's better to be silent and thought a fool, then to speak up and remove all doubt

The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.

Yeah I think your right Graham d'oh! this wont be my first & last AC500 for sure. For a model that doesnt even have something as simple as door mirrors it is without a doubt my favourite crane I have. Your right about the AC500 being a classic, thats why as soon as I saw it I had to get it.

I picked it up at Modell-ovp.de Teeth Its where Ive got most of my models this year, real good service and very quick delivery(3-4 working days) Applause

Nice addition Sam,the 1200 is alot of model for the money, and supprised too to see the new wheels making an appearance, especially on a model that I would have bet has been produced in a large enough quantity not to get them, for a long time anyway,

Looks good with the RAL1007 rigs too,I had contemplated a set of those for my Bracht cranes,I'm still after RAL1007 trailers thoughCool

Thanks Graham Teeth I kinda had a feeling it would have the wheels because it slightly went up in price around the same time as the new wheels were introduced. The wheels and new sheeves on the boom head & hook block defintly make it a much better model.

Yeah I love the RAL1007 rigs. Especially since RAL1007 with the silver wheels and yellow hubs just happens to be our exact new paint job Teeth I see that they're starting to become sold out now so if u want em' you better make a move Cool

MAN TGX 41.680 with Ballasttrailer "RAL 1007"
I wanted this model to complete the collection of the RAL 1007 rigs from Heavy Transport Models, So I got it Teeth Its defintly my favourite out of the three.

The MAN & two Actros' loaded up with Ballast weights and jib from my LTM 1300.

The 3 rigs with LTM 1300 & LTM 1050 support crane Cool Wink

Only after I opened the model did I notice it uses the "super single" style wheel on the ballasttrailer compared to the Actros' twin wheel.
