I was over at jibticklers very impressive crane collection this afternoon and he's got the Weisbaur LG1550 and i'm sold, going to get one for sure but really want it in our livery so put some feelers out to see how many people would genuinely buy a Ainscough LG1550. Going to speak to our marketing and see if Chou would be interested in doing a limited run in Aisncough.
Great looking crane anyway Paul, get yourself a nice trailer to sit the boom on now.

There is unfortunately very few about, LTM1160 and LTM1070 are about all i've really seen. If you want a 160 Jibtickler was got one for sale, make him a offer! I've got a LTM1300 I got of Ricky (giftmodels) that is top class. A LG1550 will be amazing, don't know if you've seen ours but it look very tidy. Gaz

Sensational pics as always, Paul. Is that a "real world" boom change out for the 1800 - going from hydraulic to lattice - or something that only works in "model world?"
That 1800 is really a stunning piece. May have to break into the retirement account...

Zuraw is Grohmanns Polish sister company? I know there LG 1750 Boom is all Black. Posibly Repainted the LG 1550s Derrick?

The Ainscough Crane they talk about is the "millenium Lifter" Which was sold to Grohmann, And ainscough went and brought Baldwins old machine, Then Bladwins brought a brand new one, then sold it to Sarens then Bladwins brought The Seaforth, Ashleigh Lifting ( Or something along that lines) ............................ I think thats correct.

Hello all, I never really planned on getting this model but I saw an ad in the DHS classifieds and ended up buying it for a very reasonable price. Would also like to thank Rich for selling it to me and the friendly emails. He is obviously a member of DHS but a self-confessed lurker! So here are the pictures I took just now:        The only thing I have done so far is to add Musky Master to it! If things work out then I am planning on adding the YCC kit to it plus a few other details such as license plates. If I get really adventurous then I will paint one of the luffers I have for it!
