Looks awesome Sam. I'm all about weathering too.
Weathering brings life to models which make them less toyish, and more realistic.

One suggestion I'd like to share with you is about the weathering of off road tires. Your Cat769 is among my favorites, but worn out and chipped tires (by rocks as mining equipment usually shows) would make it looks even greater I think. I do weathered tires using a rotary grinder over which I put the model tire flat over the rock or disc, wearing its surface in say 15-20 degrees direction (pretty much as if the vehicle would be drifting on a surface, so to wear the tire evenly), but rubbing my thumb against the tire so it does not rotate too fast and wears/melt the wheel around the axle.

If you can remove the axle from the model, it is even safer and gives better control as you can clamp the axle into vise grips and get a better control. Then the sidewall cuts and scars can be easily achieved using an x-acto blade. Then weathering with airbrush as you do being the last step, of course. I did that for 1:87 models, so I assume it also possible on 1:50 ones.

My two pennies here. But all in all, your work is jaw dropping.
