Lovely pics of the real truck there, the one thing that jumps out at me though is that the trailer is actually a goldhofer.. do keller and hess actually own a 2+4 nooteboom?? I wonder if a lot of these models are appearing with nooteboom trailers simply because thats all WSI make. But do all these companies actually own the trailers that the models are pulling in real life? The torben rafn rig pulls a goldhofer too as far as i'm aware.

The Kavanagh is indeed an excellent model. The only minor thing was the steering is very limited for displaying and some of the fixing points for the stak need a bit of paint removing to make them solid. Looks great though against the other Scanias. Homer - I was thinking the exact thing at the weekend. I am sure some use different trailers in real life. Is it the Pendel-X that has the individual steering axles? That seems to be common with some companies. Or as you say not even Nooteboom!

Will anyone ever make faymonville trailer models, they'd make a nice change.

Well it would be nice to see WSI do Goldhofers but I guess Conrad do those as of now. As for Faymonville, from what I have heard this is not likely to happen on the near future!

Noel, Keller and Hess have almost exactly that trailer from Nooteboom, but with only 3 axles. It was their request to add the Interdolly to it. Here is a picture:  Paul R

so what your saying then is that they dont actually have one of these trailers not that i mind it just that some people are sticklers for exactness wonder when they will reach our shores seem as we are only 40min from old blighty by air

The inter dolly was requested by Keller and Hess so there is not a lot you can do about that! But it is as close as you going to get with what is currently available and like you, it does not worry me as the overall model is fantastic. Lets face it, how many models out here are exactly correct unless they have been scratch built? Paul R

My paid for mine a long time ago but wanted it shipped with some other models so hopefully Monday it will leave Germany. I'll be picking up another new Limited Edition release from WSI coming Monday. Hopefully I'll be able to have some pictures up tuesday. I won't ay the name just yet, but it is a Dutch livery.
