Has anyone else heard the rumor that Classic Construction Models will produce a Kobelco SL6000 in (probably) 1:48 for the general public? There was atleast 1 model at ConExpo in the Kobelco booth, but I was only allowed to see it from the door and did not get a close-up look at it. At that time it was just for Kobelco. I would not mind adding one to the collection. - Chris

I've seen a Kobelco SL6000 up close and what a beast of a crane! Wouldn't mind adding one either!

Oh geez, I didn't see it under "CCM Customs" untill now! But the "Distributed exclusively through Kolbelco, NA" leads me to believe that it will not be "public" and it was just another rumor with an unhappy ending. She sure does look great though. - Chris

I have just purchased an opened, never been out of the foam lining CCM Kobelco SL6000 1:48 hand made brass crawler crane.
Extremely rare model.
I am no longer a collector and am looking for a quick resale.
As there were only 50 made for customer sales, i cannot find any idea of the estimated sale price.
If there are any members here that could direct me into the best place to sell it other than Ebay then i would be interested in comments.
Thank you

I really like the hydraulics, drums, hook and pulleys details. What a beauty.

Hi
I have just posted some pictures and description on the 1:50th diecast crawler cranes facebook group.
I honestly do not have a price in mind. It is such a rare model and i do not know of one ever sold before.
Please look and make offers if you are the most serious model crane collectors.
Thank you in advance
