Jack, the more I learn about European Trucks the more I like them. I do wonder how they compare to trucks I've driven in the past. Having never driven a Scania,MAN or other European tractor guess I'll never know. Great large picture's Jack, thank you for sharing. Patrick

My first big crane of 2013, King Lifting with there AC 350/6 on full ballast erecting some large steel beams at New Street Station. James Jack were supposed to be there but big cranes like this are always getting cross hired.

Thanks mate, I would make a nice model! Cool I couldn't work out how they hit the panel, Without damaging any more of the crane....must have been a tight job.

there's some big steel sections being lifted, you can see why they couldn't do it with the TC's

Thanks Paul, He really is a cracking chap. Cool I don't often post many pictures of when I have been out crane spotting but this time a few more pictures are needed.

The box being lifted weighs about 19 tons and was at 50m radius.

240 tons of tray ballast

48m boom + 48m luffer

One of 3 LTM 1070-4.1's on site

Somewhere I wouldn't mind spending 16 hour shifts in....

LTM 1150-6.1 was lifting loads onto the Polish Wagon to be shunted into the reach of the CC

180 tons of main ballast and 60 tons of centre ballast

One of two tackle containers, this one travels with the luffer weather it be with the TC or CC.

Now that was an up-close treat and you got some great(even artistic) shots. You have a cracking little camera there.

Amazing photos Jack! Looks like you had a great day out. Had you met him before this visit? I'm sure he is a good bloke in person.
