There was a previous post detailing how these trailers operate. I can fgure out how the rear wheels detach.

Can someone explain how the goose neck detaches and how the jacks under the front of the trailer work? Are they jacked manually?

Hydraulic cylinders in the neck raise/lower the deck. Here is a video:
