In fact, I do have an optional diorama base already made, and hopefully will use one day.
And I agree, I thought about the safety concern of these workers, but since they stayed there for about 3 minutes as they were meant to be for scale comparison purpose, I did not bother supplying the life line
The rotor is not perfect in a way that it is not being perfectly balanced, so it requires at least 10mph wind to activate. And although I once thought about having it motorized, so it could at least light up a LED, I did not push the project to that extend, as I thought it would be high maintenance since being outside.
