An old project that I have recently dusted off.
I am using it to scare rodents and birds away from my garden.

Since that video, I have installed the last remaining section, so it sits 10" higher now.

Maybe one day I will reinstall in a show for display, but it's got a purpose until then. Wink

Pretty cool, that would look great in a diorama. Better hope M.O.L. doesn't show up, those workers have pretty big balls not being tied off like that.Teeth

In fact, I do have an optional diorama base already made, and hopefully will use one day.

And I agree, I thought about the safety concern of these workers, but since they stayed there for about 3 minutes as they were meant to be for scale comparison purpose, I did not bother supplying the life line Smiley

The rotor is not perfect in a way that it is not being perfectly balanced, so it requires at least 10mph wind to activate. And although I once thought about having it motorized, so it could at least light up a LED, I did not push the project to that extend, as I thought it would be high maintenance since being outside.
