I know this is a long shot but.... The 1/50 Sword HEMTT I recently purchased was the missing the spare out of the box. I tried to source something on Ebay but the size is too off. I see something on Shapeways but he is selling a lot of 8 for $60.00, $90.00 if I want the the smooth plastic. Any advice?

Huge thanks to rlmc (awhile ago now) for offering me an actual tire! Too awesome of him for doing this. And also thanks to Marty K for offering his 3d printer services as well... So I decided to convert this guy to a tanker. It is not completely accurate to the actual as there are not too many options in the 1/50-1/48 scale world and I did not want to try my hand at 100% scratch building, and the Shapeways options are pretty damn expensive and more than likely lack sufficient details. 2DE7C80B-2515-4FB2-AA82-13E8FF317ABF_1_201_a by riveras2007, on Flickr BC947BF5-F963-4867-83E3-ECA0338323F0_1_201_a by riveras2007, on Flickr 59891CA4-67E9-4E12-A10D-F7DBDD00EF22_1_201_a by riveras2007, on Flickr 790F8700-18A5-4E7F-ACF7-3EACA90F537F_1_201_a by riveras2007, on Flickr C56FABC9-898D-416D-90D9-80FDF55C1481_1_201_a by riveras2007, on Flickr B96621B0-CCB7-4E44-9DD3-B5AF14AF4B0A_1_201_a by riveras2007, on Flickr

Very cool custom. You can pose it refuelling an M1 Abrams. Iām so glad you were able to source a spare tire for your HEMTT. Take care and all the best.
