Are you familiar with this piece? It is not 1:50, but significantly smaller. Back in the day a couple of guys scaled them out and they were actually ~1:57 scale as I recall. They are absolutely closer to 1:60 than 1:50 and look very small on the HET. They are also of much lower quality than the typical Wan Ho (Sword) model and came in a generic white box.

There are several (Tamiya, Zhengdefu, Aoshima, Micro Ace, Academy, Arii, etc.) 1:48 Abrams model kits available, and any of them would look much better on the HET in my opinion.

Thanks Digger, I managed to find 2 of the Sword M1 Abrams both versions thanks to this forum, I am now collecting many military models not just construction now thanks to Chuck and his peeps expanding and setting the bar on some very detailed models. I did find other M1 Abrams in Resin as well after your post thank you

They have some nice military models in 1/50 scale.

Hey Mikee, nice to see you back. Are you starting from scratch or did you keep some models? CAW

Yes Gregg, the three of us go back to 2001 I think. I just retired form collecting, yet I keep up with new stuff. I still have some things left that are particular to me. See you in the funnies! CAW
