I see that these are available now. The colors are really cool, but the are extremely expensive. Why? They seem to be identical to the WSI and Tekno versions. Does anyone know the Chinese company that makes these for all brands? Is it Wan Ho again?

Q do they have roof top A/C units, that might be the reason they are high priced. As you well know those roof top A/C units are very very expensive to produce. How many of those F700’s are you going to buy and hide under your bed. Me

Craig, As a result of the Drake-WSI commercial links, the Drake Mack F700 seems to be produced by WSI (with Drake nominated as the manufacturer) in right-hand drive version and with Australian liveries, plus a few bits and pieces added (bull bar, Australian license plate, extra sticker sheet for either Over Size, Wide Load or Road Train, etc). See for example on an European seller website, the drawing for a future black version bearing a WSI Models logo: https://www.truckmo.com/fr/wsi/drake/vorbestellungen/17338/drake-premium-line-mack-f700-6x4-right-hand-drive-04-2078?c=792 . Considering that shipping from China should be slightly less costly to Australia than to Europe, that makes the driving seat move (from left to right) and the addition of these extra stuff rather expensive: difficult to understand why. Regards. Guy

I love Autocars more than anything. Now go back to practicing Popeil's Pocket Fisherman The Drake prices would indicate that they are better than Sword models. No chance in my lifetime.
