Looks great. I like the dio. You have that SB in the background dumping too like the cold planner?

Craig thanks for posting the beam trailer, it was built for one of our senior forum members and forum troublemaker “The Q”. Also thanks for the kind words. Craig has been after Chuck for so long about producing a beam trailer I can’t stand hearing him whine anymore. He has not even seen it yet because it was just shipped out to him today. Hope he likes it, and he told me he was going to put a Volvo under it. Thanks Steve

Barkerjoh, the diorama is a work in progress it is a highway scene with paving going on one side and milling on the other with a little pond work going on in the median. Not a lot of work done on it lately after Frusso started his posts with him doing the operators stations on his machines, I caught that bug. The dioramas are great for placing the models in, and I’m running out of shelf space. Steve

Very nice Steve. I like the wider web plates you put on the top and the bottom rails. Does the beam disconnect from the rear trunion? Ken

Steve,
Nice custom work. It looks perfect with the Mack F700.

Ken it does not disconnect, with Quinella hauling that around the townhouse I’m sure he would forget how to hook the axle end of beam up, then I would be getting a call from his wife telling me she tripped over the rails that he dropped between the living room and kitchen, I don’t carry liability. Steve.
Guy and Barkerjoh thanks, and the Mack does look good under that trailer, but “The Q” said he has a Volvo warming up in the master bedroom just waiting for the beam to arrive. Steve

“The Q” said he was only going to use his beam on the hardwoods and tile so I had to test it on a hard surface, plus his wife has already redone the carpet twice in the past 6 months, and makes him wear dresses now (which I think he prefers anyway) because she is tired of throwing out jeans with the knees worn thru.
