Nice model found on *that site*. Pretty good improvement from earlier Doosan models.
Pretty solid, good detail, and great functionality.

*EDIT* As mentioned below by Weserhutte, -9C is the Chinese market model.
Model was released at Bauma 2016 as confirmed by the dated tag in the box.

Opening cab door is a little clunky, but a nice addition.

That's really not a bad looking model. Thanks for posting. Mike

Box and model state it is a "-9C" however the newest machine Doosan has made is a -5 series.
I suspect this to be an error in translation or a misread along the way. Q/C tag inside the box is dated 2016.

The designation "-9C" is correct! This "-9C" line of excavators is for the Chinese market only and the scale model was introduced at bauma China 2016. Here is the PDF brochure for your reference.

It is rumored that at bauma China 2018 there will be a scale model of the DX800LC-9C.

Thanks for the correction, I figured it was a Chinese market model. Should have dug deeper, oh well. The DX800LC-9C would be interesting to see for sure.

I hope that rumor becomes true and I also hope they continue with the 1/50 scale models.

The tracks are a nice metal, they look great and are on tensioned idlers.
