Well been a while since I posted, and it looks a little dead around here. I've went over to the dark side and started working for a John Deere dealer. It's a little different, but all the same nuts and bolts. First pic is of a skidder I had to pull the engine out of and put a new long block in it. Second is a new 1050K I had to assemble the blade cause it went out on rent. Any ?'s just ask, glad to be back. "/> "/> "/>

John Deere!?!? I have not seen a 1050k in person yet. The hoods are kind of a weird shape.

Lol lets just say John Deere pays better. The skidder customer had dropped a long block in it, and didn't run more than 2 hrs and was knocking. Might be cause they didn't put the injector seals and tried to start and just was a big mess. I think they bent a rod, plus #2 piston head looked bad. So I pulled it out, and put a whole new engine in it. Runs like a top now. The 1050's pretty nice, trying to get used to these low track machines. Seems to be built good though. "/>
