Just a few pics from work today,2 of our jack up barges.
The LR1400 from daniel smith industries went on it a few days ago as did the Favco M2480.

The 2480 is a beast! 330T WWL but has a load chart that would match a 600t crawler,
9t at 90m radius flat stick

just a couple more pics, thats walter wrights kOBELCO SL4500.
some info on the 2480 tower crane that will impress...
The M2480D is the largest capacity tower crane currently in operation in the world with a standard lift capacity of 330 tonnes at about 15 meter radius, and will lift 100 tonnes to 45 meter radius with around 130 meters of hook height and no support ties.
it can lift 20.6t at 91.3m radius with 90m of tower.

That's a mighty impressive chart. Looking forward to seeing any more images you have to post Lainy! To my knowledge the Kroll K10000 is the worlds largest capacity tower crane however I have no idea if there are any in operation at the moment?...

Stunning and very interesting photos. It's kinda weird seeing a tower crane set up on a barge(well, for me anyway).
